I have been experiencing severe backpain for the past 10 years but when I joined this yoga centre , gradually my pain had been reduced . And I am able to do all my chores without pain and also I have reduced my weight.

I have joined yogaclass just before 10days but I can feel the differences both mentally and physically and It has been new experience and good feel.Especially Brindha mam is very friendly and down to earth person and she explain each and every aasana well and with their benefits I am happy to continue this journey with brindha mam. March 23, 2024Hai, I'm subbulakshmi,I have been going to Sathya Sai yoga center since last three weeks for my body weight and thyroid problem. Our yoga mam Brindha teaches many kind of cardio exercises,yoga and stretches.. she was very kind,energetic and jovial person When I do yoga with them, I can also be refreshed. For three weeks now I feel stress free. Brindha mam has prepared an excellent diet chart for me. It's very useful for me.my weight reduced 3 kg within 3 weeks . I'm happy to join Sathya Sai Yoga Centre.
