  • February I have joined Sathya Sai yoga class. Brinda akka is Amazing coach. I had a periods problem, After joining yoga class. My problem has reduced. My mind , body also have very relaxed and happy. Nowadays I feel healthy. Brinda akka teaches very friendly and given individual care each and very one. I strongly recommend Sathya Sai yoga centre.     I work as a lawyer. I joined Sathya Sai Yoga Center through online 15 days ago due to my work stress and pressure and was shocked to know that I was able to control my anger and actually I don't get irritated on trivial things.
