    I am very happy and eager to share this because I met madam when my wife was suffering from obesity and some problems, her talk was reassuring and she talked like a family member and assured me about the solution, I had previously enrolled my wife in an online class in Chennai, but She couldn't continue it and we didn't have a proper guide for it, but madam helped us in every way and now we got the solution. My wife was depressed, feeling sad, angry, fighting, gaining weight But madam handled this beautifully and gave us a solution We searched for such a guru and found it Now my wife is very happy and lost weight through yoga I would definitely recommend Thanks to sathya Sai yoga Brindha madam

    I have joined yogaclass just before 10days but I can feel the differences both mentally and physically and It has been new experience and good feel.Especially Brindha mam is very friendly and down to earth person and she explain each and every aasana well and with their benefits I am happy to continue this journey with brindha mam.     I would highly recommend this centre… I joined here 3 weeks back… physical stamina and flexibility increased a lot..,seen positive changes in the weight loss workouts…,,Brinda mam is very punctual and dedicated…It was really nice to see how she genuinely enjoy teaching…, I just wanted to say thank her for helping me to make that positive change...

    I have been experiencing severe backpain for the past 10 years but when I joined this yoga centre , gradually my pain had been reduced . And I am able to do all my chores without pain and also I have reduced my weight.
