April 23, 2024Hai, I'm subbulakshmi,I have been going to Sathya Sai yoga center since last three weeks for my body weight and thyroid problem. Our yoga mam Brindha teaches many kind of cardio exercises,yoga and stretches.. she was very kind,energetic and jovial person When I do yoga with them, I can also be refreshed. For three weeks now I feel stress free. Brindha mam has prepared an excellent diet chart for me. It's very useful for me.my weight reduced 3 kg within 3 weeks . I'm happy to join Sathya Sai Yoga Centre.

April 23, 2024I'm Thangalakshmi. I have umbilical hernia for about one and a half years. I have joined this institution for some 15 days. After the 15 days of class, I feel better and my severe pain has reduced. I'm feeling quite relaxed. I really happy to be her student. The care she was shown towards me is really got me felt better. I work as a lawyer. I joined Sathya Sai Yoga Center through online 15 days ago due to my work stress and pressure and was shocked to know that I was able to control my anger and actually I don't get irritated on trivial things. April 23, 2024I started doing yoga online with Sathya sai yoga for my back pain and sinus issues. The trainer mam was very good and repeated all asanas everyday with patience. My backpain has been reduced drastically and I feel more flexible. They teach asanas for all the issues and reminds us to do that everyday. Morning workout keeps me active throughout the day. Flexible timings motivates us to join everyday and they have classes on saturday also.
