I have joined yogaclass just before 10days but I can feel the differences both mentally and physically and It has been new experience and good feel.Especially Brindha mam is very friendly and down to earth person and she explain each and every aasana well and with their benefits I am happy to continue this journey with brindha mam. March 23, 2024Recently I have joined in Sathya Sai yoga With no hope of my Body weight ,PCOd ,acidity,sleeplessness and depression,i have lost all hopes ... But after 10days of my journey I'm so excited to see my weight become reduced to 2kg ... Now I feel that MyMIND,BODY and SOUL all three have renewed My lost Hope have also renewed now I'm so enthusiastic and excited with upcoming results I'm so motivated to do this extraordinary workout which my body can't co-operate But now Becoz of Mrs Brindha Ma'am I'm so so motivated and encouraged by her hard work ,dedication , Especially INDIVIDUAL Care for everyone.... July 23, 2024Big thanks to Bridha mam! Past 5 days Iam attending the session. I joined here to reduce my stress level. Iam stressed without any particular reasons. Doctors said as harmone imbalance at my age. I undergone lot of medicines but no use. Brindha mam concentrated me on Yoga, Breathing exercises & medication. Seriously my stress level comes to zero and lot of improvement in physical & mental health. I concentrate my works much much better than earlier. I write this review to be useful for others who are handling same situation as like me.

I have been experiencing severe backpain for the past 10 years but when I joined this yoga centre , gradually my pain had been reduced . And I am able to do all my chores without pain and also I have reduced my weight.
