May 23, 2024மிகவும் அருமையான பயிற்சிகளை கற்று தருவதுடன் மனதிற்கு அமைதி தரும் வகையில் அவர்கள் உரையாடல்களும் நமக்கு உடம்பில் உள்ள அனைத்து நோய்களும் நம்மை விட்டு விலகி ஓடும்.... நான் ஆரம்பத்தில் வகுப்பு வரும் போதும் இப்போதும் நிறைய மாற்றங்கள் நிக்ந்துள்ளன... ஆரம்பத்தில் அதிக இரத்த அழுத்தம் இருந்தது இப்போது அவர்களின் பயிற்சி மூலமாக நான் இப்போது எனது இரத்த அழுத்தத்தை குறைத்து நான் ஆரம்பத்தில் இருந்ததை விட ஆரோக்கியமாக சுறுசுறுப்பா இருக்கிறேன்.... April 23, 2024Hi I have joined sathya sai yoga before 2months for weight gaining issues and now I am reducing my weight and doing different poses in yoga...Biruntha ka she is so simple and very approachable she is such a lovely and caring person She is helping us to do difficult poses in yoga and she is very flexible in her timings and she looks through each and every person personally and spreading positive vibes throughout the day.... I am very happy to join her class and I am recommending others who are all having some medical issues kindly join her and share your valuable experience.
