Hai, I'm subbulakshmi,I have been going to Sathya Sai yoga center since last three weeks for my body weight and thyroid problem. Our yoga mam Brindha teaches many kind of cardio exercises,yoga and stretches.. she was very kind,energetic and jovial person When I do yoga with them, I can also be refreshed. For three weeks now I feel stress free. Brindha mam has prepared an excellent diet chart for me. It's very useful for me.my weight reduced 3 kg within 3 weeks . I'm happy to join Sathya Sai Yoga Centre.
