April 23, 2024I started doing yoga online with Sathya sai yoga for my back pain and sinus issues. The trainer mam was very good and repeated all asanas everyday with patience. My backpain has been reduced drastically and I feel more flexible. They teach asanas for all the issues and reminds us to do that everyday. Morning workout keeps me active throughout the day. Flexible timings motivates us to join everyday and they have classes on saturday also.

April 23, 2024February I have joined Sathya Sai yoga class. Brinda akka is Amazing coach. I had a periods problem, After joining yoga class. My problem has reduced. My mind , body also have very relaxed and happy. Nowadays I feel healthy. Brinda akka teaches very friendly and given individual care each and very one. I strongly recommend Sathya Sai yoga centre. March 23, 2024I am very happy and eager to share this because I met madam when my wife was suffering from obesity and some problems, her talk was reassuring and she talked like a family member and assured me about the solution, I had previously enrolled my wife in an online class in Chennai, but She couldn't continue it and we didn't have a proper guide for it, but madam helped us in every way and now we got the solution. My wife was depressed, feeling sad, angry, fighting, gaining weight But madam handled this beautifully and gave us a solution We searched for such a guru and found it Now my wife is very happy and lost weight through yoga I would definitely recommend Thanks to sathya Sai yoga Brindha madam

I work as a lawyer. I joined Sathya Sai Yoga Center through online 15 days ago due to my work stress and pressure and was shocked to know that I was able to control my anger and actually I don't get irritated on trivial things. April 23, 2024Gratitude and thank you very much madam 60 days before we joined in sathya Sai yoga class without any idea and knowledge.. slowly we absorbed your dedication and mother caring on your teaching method with all the students.As a pair me and my spouse sathya decided to learn more and should not miss the golden opportunity due to we both felt positive wibe with in a week time. Self having un manageable back pain more than 10 years due to my job Nature.. Got immediate results and meaning full yoga and exercise.. Basically we are 24x7 job Nature and always feel stressed.. Self overcome from lot of pain and strain 1.Back pain 2.Stress management 3.Weight management 4.Positive approach .. Definitely your dedication and tired less service need to reach more and more people to overcome in this stressful world..
