March 23, 2024I am very happy and eager to share this because I met madam when my wife was suffering from obesity and some problems, her talk was reassuring and she talked like a family member and assured me about the solution, I had previously enrolled my wife in an online class in Chennai, but She couldn't continue it and we didn't have a proper guide for it, but madam helped us in every way and now we got the solution. My wife was depressed, feeling sad, angry, fighting, gaining weight But madam handled this beautifully and gave us a solution We searched for such a guru and found it Now my wife is very happy and lost weight through yoga I would definitely recommend Thanks to sathya Sai yoga Brindha madam

July 23, 2024I have been going to the Sathya Sai yoga center for the last three months for my body weight and PCOD problem.i have reduced my weight from 118 to 111.Thank you brinda mam. Our yoga mam Brindha teaches many kinds of cardio exercises,yoga and stretches. When I do yoga with them, I can also be refreshed. Brindha mam has prepared an excellent diet chart for me. It's very useful for me. I'm happy to join Sathya Sai Yoga Centre.

June 23, 2024Recently I have joined in Sathya Sai yoga With no hope of my Body weight ,PCOd ,acidity,sleeplessness and depression,i have lost all hopes ... But after 10days of my journey I'm so excited to see my weight become reduced to 2kg ... Now I feel that MyMIND,BODY and SOUL all three have renewed My lost Hope have also renewed now I'm so enthusiastic and excited with upcoming results I'm so motivated to do this extraordinary workout which my body can't co-operate But now Becoz of Mrs Brindha Ma'am I'm so so motivated and encouraged by her hard work ,dedication , Especially INDIVIDUAL Care for everyone....
