I would highly recommend this centre… I joined here 3 weeks back… physical stamina and flexibility increased a lot..,seen positive changes in the weight loss workouts…,,Brinda mam is very punctual and dedicated…It was really nice to see how she genuinely enjoy teaching…, I just wanted to say thank her for helping me to make that positive change...

May 23, 2024Hi I have joined sathya sai yoga before 2months for weight gaining issues and now I am reducing my weight and doing different poses in yoga...Biruntha ka she is so simple and very approachable she is such a lovely and caring person She is helping us to do difficult poses in yoga and she is very flexible in her timings and she looks through each and every person personally and spreading positive vibes throughout the day.... I am very happy to join her class and I am recommending others who are all having some medical issues kindly join her and share your valuable experience.

August 9, 2024I'm Thangalakshmi. I have umbilical hernia for about one and a half years. I have joined this institution for some 15 days. After the 15 days of class, I feel better and my severe pain has reduced. I'm feeling quite relaxed. I really happy to be her student. The care she was shown towards me is really got me felt better.
