    Big thanks to Bridha mam! Past 5 days Iam attending the session. I joined here to reduce my stress level. Iam stressed without any particular reasons. Doctors said as harmone imbalance at my age. I undergone lot of medicines but no use. Brindha mam concentrated me on Yoga, Breathing exercises & medication. Seriously my stress level comes to zero and lot of improvement in physical & mental health. I concentrate my works much much better than earlier. I write this review to be useful for others who are handling same situation as like me.

En wife brindha kitta weight loss panna class ponanga two months la 3 kg loose aghi irukka appram face yoga ponna ippo nalla face glow va irukka sugar problem irundhu ippo lla ivanga nalla exercise and yoga soli taranga . Ivanga kitta training panni Nala improvement aghi irukanga so thank you 😍👌👍.

    February I have joined Sathya Sai yoga class. Brinda akka is Amazing coach. I had a periods problem, After joining yoga class. My problem has reduced. My mind , body also have very relaxed and happy. Nowadays I feel healthy. Brinda akka teaches very friendly and given individual care each and very one. I strongly recommend Sathya Sai yoga centre.     I would highly recommend this centre… I joined here 3 weeks back… physical stamina and flexibility increased a lot..,seen positive changes in the weight loss workouts…,,Brinda mam is very punctual and dedicated…It was really nice to see how she genuinely enjoy teaching…, I just wanted to say thank her for helping me to make that positive change...
